Course Overview
The AI Integration for ESL Teachers Certificate is a 25-hour course designed to equip ESL teachers with the knowledge and skills to effectively use artificial intelligence in their teaching practices. This course is divided into five comprehensive modules:
- Module 1: The Role of AI in ESL Teaching Understanding AI’s impact on ESL education
- Module 2: ESL Lesson Planning Using AI
Creating AI-enhanced lesson plans - Module 3: Teaching Language Components with AI
Using AI for teaching grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation - Module 4: Teaching Language Skills with AI
Utilizing AI to teach productive and receptive skills - Module 5: Language Testing and Assessment with AI
Implementing AI in ESL testing and assessments
Final Project:
By the end of this course, participants will complete a comprehensive ESL lesson project, fully optimized with AI tools, integrating AI into lesson planning, language components, language skills, and assessment.

AI for University Instructors Certificate
(AUIC)
Course Overview
The AI Integration for University Instructors Certificate is a 30-hour course designed to equip instructors with the skills to effectively use Gen AI in their teaching practices.
This course is divided into three comprehensive modules:
- Module 1: GenAI in Lesson Planning
Optimizing lessons, class activities, projects, and tasks with AI - Module 2: GenAI for Instruction Implementation
Utilizing AI for teaching various subjects, running different projects in class, and overall optimizing learning - Module 3: GenAI for Assessment in Higher Education
Applying AI for assessment purposes in higher education
Final Project:
Each instructor will select one of their current courses and, with the guidance of the supervisor, apply GenAI optimization in several areas, including lesson planning, teaching, and assessment.
