A four-week program with five interactive modules for North American and international hospitality settings. It used videos, case studies, and scenarios to train employees and managers on addressing discrimination, reporting protocols, and building inclusive workplaces. Built on the Universal Design for Learning UDL framework, it ensured inclusivity for diverse learners.
Recruitment & Onboarding Strategies for Canadian Businesses Course
A three-week, six-module program designed to streamline recruitment and optimize onboarding. It trained managers and HR teams on using AI for candidate selection, performance tracking, and onboarding customization. The platform included interactive role-plays, video modules, and progress tracking tools. Developed with the ADDIE model, it ensured a structured approach tailored to organizational needs and emerging AI technologies.
Mental Health and Stress Management Training Certificate
A four-week, six-module program for healthcare professionals to manage stress and burnout. It included workshops, discussions, and self-paced resources, guided by experts. Participants learned stress management, resilience building, and creating supportive workplaces. Based on Cognitive Load Theory, it used manageable content and expert insights for effective learning.
Harnessing AI for Effective Teaching in Higher Education Course
A four-week, five-module program designed to help college and university instructors integrate AI into their teaching practices. The course focused on lesson planning, classroom implementation, and assessment, culminating in a capstone project showcasing practical AI applications. Using the Project-Based Learning (PBL) framework, it promoted hands-on exploration, real-world application, and skill development.
